DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT

Please read the following rules and guideline for renting All American Dumpster Service LLC dumpsters.


After you have completely read this agreement, please sign in the signature space below. By signing this agreement, you are bound to the terms and conditions All American Dumpster Service LLC Agreement. 


Dumpster ROLL-OFF CONTAINER SERVICE AGREEMENT
This is a guide to make your service and rental as efficient and cost effective as possible.

Please read the entire contents of this document.

-Loading Level & Weight Instructions – 

 

The customer is responsible for the loading of the dumpster and all its contents. The roll-off container must be loaded evenly and level – nothing should extend higher than the sides or above the top rails.

 

 

Aggregate Materials

What is aggregate material?
Aggregates are inert granular materials such as sand, gravel, or crushed stone

We Don’t Accept

  • Concrete 
  • Dirt, Sod or Topsoil 
  • Rocks, Stone, Gravels
  • Brick, Granite, Blocks
  • Asphalt, UPM 
  • Stucco's
  • and all other heavy inert materials.

These materials cannot be loaded into any of our yard dumpsters. 

This is to prevent damage to our dumpsters and over loading. 

****Overweight loads are dangerous and subject to be dumped on site and reloaded at the customer’s expense and billed a surcharge of $150.00 per hour. plus, normal tonnage charges.

 -Prohibited, Hard to Handle & Hazardous Materials – 

NO TIRES, No Toxic Liquids, No Car Batteries, No Paint, No Toxic Materials, No Motor Oils, No Hazardous Waste Materials, Explosives, Pressurized Containers of any kind, or any items listed by City, State or Federal agencies with jurisdiction over the respective area allowed in our dumpsters.

 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAINT, LACQUER, PAINT THINNER OR WOOD STAINS 

These items are not allowed in dumpsters because they often contain lead or mercury. Empty paint cans, however, are allowed — as is dry latex paint (as long as it's wrapped in a plastic bag.) Empty, dried paint cans can be recycled with other metals in your regular recycling bin

  • Adhesives: Glue, epoxy, and other adhesives are not allowed in dumpsters since they can bind other materials to the dumpster walls.
  • Asbestos: If your home has asbestos, many things that would otherwise be allowed in a dumpster (like renovation debris, roof tiling, etc.) cannot be placed in a dumpster since they are considered contaminated.
  • Contaminated Soils and Absorbents: Given that hazardous materials are not allowed in a dumpster, it follows that anything contaminated with hazardous materials — like contaminated soil, mulch, etc. — also cannot be put in a dumpster.
  • Concentrated Household Cleaning Fluids: Though empty cleaning supply bottles can be recycled, the actual solutions inside those bottles should not be thrown in a dumpster.
  • Bulk Ink & Resins: Printer ink, pen ink, and resins can damage and stain dumpsters and landfill equipment. Therefore, they are not allowed to be thrown away in dumpsters. Most office supply stores have drop-off recycling programs for these items.
  • Medical Infectious Waste: Medical infectious waste is defined as any material used in medicine or anything that has come into contact with bodily fluids.
  • Non-Alkaline Batteries: Unlike household batteries, which fall below federal standards for household hazardous waste, many other types of batteries are very toxic to the environment and should never be thrown in a dumpster. Batteries that should never go in a dumpster include: Car batteries
  • Oils, Fuels, and Propane Tanks: Any flammable material like propane tanks, gasoline, oil, or fuel absolutely cannot be thrown into a dumpster. Improperly disposing of highly combustible materials is a serious safety risk and illegal in most areas. Contact your local fire department or hazardous waste collector to find out how to dispose of flammable items properly.

-Restricted Materials – 

Mattresses are subject to additional charges at all disposal facilities. $20 each.

Tires are subject to additional charges at all disposal facilities. $20 each

 

-Dumpster Rates – 

Rates charged for roll-off dumpster services trip, drop & pick charges, landfill taxes & tonnage fees for the landfill materials dumped, container rental period.

Extra Charges apply for overweight if over 2 tons, delay if the dumpster is overfull or inaccessible, labor charges to adjust for uneven or unsafe loads or any additional fees for unacceptable items.  

2022-2023 Rental Period Per Reservation

  • 1 8 Yard Dumpster Rate Start $250+tax & up
  • 1 15 Yard Dumpster Rate Start $290+tax & up 
  • 1 20 Yard Dumpster Rate Start at $340+ tax & up
  • $30 per day after the initial 7-day rental period up to 31 days max.
  • Bedding Mattress / Boxspring's $20 ea.
  • Tires $20 ea.

 PERMITS

The customer is responsible for any local city or municipality permit which may be required.

DAMAGES

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All American Dumpster Service LLC of any damage which may occur to the property where the equipment is placed.

All reasonable care will be taken during placement and removal of the equipment to protect the property causing as minimal damage as possible.

All American Dumpster Service LLC will not be held responsible for pavement markings, road surfaces, sod, lawn, asphalt, landscaping, overhead obstructions, or any other items or property that could or may become damaged. 

Customer acknowledges that during the container rental, they will retain, care for and control container contents and any and all damages to the dumpster itself. If damages occur to the dumpster customer is responsible for repairs/fees for any and all damages for the dumpster that is/was in their possession.  

Customer is fully responsible for the entire contents of the container and is the rightful owner of the contents of the container until the container is disposed of and accepted without protest by the prospective disposal facility.

In the event that contents that are not allowed by this contract or any State, County, City, or Federal agency are disposed of, all costs, fines, penalties, or other actions taken for said disposal, will be passed on to the renting customer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 **EXTRA WEIGHT CHARGES 

15 and 20 Cubic Yard Dumpster Rentals Include

2 tons (US. Tons) = 4,000 lbs. of waste materials disposal 

Extra Charge if over 2 tons

$ .05 per lb. if over 4,000 lbs. (2 tons)

  • 1 pound = $.05 cents
  • 10 lbs. $.50
  • 50 lbs. $2.50
  • 100 lbs. $5.00
  • 500 lbs. $25.00
  • 1000 lbs. $50.00
  • 1500 lbs. $75.00
  • 2000 lbs. $100.00 (1 TON) 

Invoice can be paid in person or over the phone with credit card.

Payment is due upon delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.  

​All American Dumpster Service LLC accepts all forms of payment.

 

Servicing Your Dumpster Bin

To help us serve you quickly and efficiently, we ask that you keep your dumpster bin accessible and properly loaded. Here are some things to keep in mind: 

  1. When choosing a dumpster location:
  • Avoid areas near pedestrian walkways or automobile traffic
  • Leave the required space of at least 100 feet in length for dumpster drop-off
  • Select a level surface, free of debris and obstructions like low hanging wires or tree branches
  • Check with city officials and neighborhood HOAs to determine if any permits are required for your desired placement and obtain them prior to delivery 
  1. To prepare for dumpster pickup:
  • Ensure items in your dumpster are evenly distributed and not sticking out of the top
  • Do not exceed the maximum tonnage allowed (2 tons. Fees apply if over the 2-ton limits).
  • Ensure back French doors are latched and secure, it the doors are not latched the dumpster cannot be picked up. 
  1. On service day(s):
  • Move parked vehicles or other obstacles that may prevent access to your mini dumpster bin
  • Make sure gates are unlocked or provide our driver with a key or code to gain access to the service area

** All our Dumpsters Bin Assets are tracked via satellite GPS and have GEO-fenced parameters pre-set to delivery site location. If the mini dumpster bin is moved & relocated without All American Dumpster Service LLC’s approval. Local Jurisdiction Law Enforcement could be notified **

*** DUMPSTER LOADS THAT ARE NOT SAFE OR NOT ROAD WORTHY, MUST BE REWORKED IMMEDIATELY.

****IF UNABLE TO REWORK, THE DUMPSTER & ITS CONTENTS WILL BE TIPPED ONSITE AND A PARTIAL REFUND ISSUED
